Where is my order shipping from and how long will it take to receive my order?
Your items will be shipped out within 1-2 business days from Burnaby, BC, Canada. Usually after you place your order and the payment is confirmed, we will provide your shipping label number for trackable items within a day. Normally you will receive your order within 1-8 business days for most of the costumers who live in Canada and United States, it depends on your location. We usually ship with the local carriers, e.g., UPS, FedEX, Canpar Express, USPS and Canada Post.
For US customers, generally orders under $800 USD (not including shipping costs) are duty free. However, any taxes, customs or duty fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Will I receive a shipment tracking number?
Yes, for most of the trackable packages, tracking information is emailed after shipment is confirmed.
How does Insanity Golf E-Cart slow down or stop on a hill?
These E-Carts have down hills slope control, they will slow down by themselves when they go down of the hills. Or you can use hand dial or remote control to slow or stop your E-Cart.
How do I park my E-Cart on a hill?
When you park your E-Cart on a hill, you should park it at a 90 degree angle to the slope, avoid parking the E-Cart facing up or down the hill.
Can I use my E-Cart in the rain?
Under normal conditions rain will not damage the E-Cart, but make sure the battery and socket are covered. When you hook up your battery on the E-Cart, please make sure the round, black socket is dry. If there is moisture inside the socket and you plug the battery into it, you can damage your battery and the E-Cart's controller. The battery in this case will not be covered under the warranty.
How do I clean my E-Cart?
The best way to clean the E-Cart is to wipe off any excess dirt, grass or mud with a wet towel. It will help to reduce the risk of damaging the electronics parts in the E-Cart. To clean the wheels, you can remove the both side wheels and rear wheel, rinse under the water or wipe with a wet towel. Do not use high pressure water to clean the E-Cart.
What do I do if there is a problem with my E-Cart?
If there are any problems contact us via Chat, email at info@insanitygolf.ca or text us at 1-604-319-4330. In most cases the problem can be solved with an easy-installed replacement component that will be shipped to you. In rare cases, you will have to ship the E-Cart to us for repair or replacement. Please check the specific warranty information on the specific product pages on our website.
How do I take good care of my lithium battery?
Do not overcharge your battery, charging your battery to 100% and leaving it in the charger for a long time can reduce the battery life.
Don’t drop your battery and keep it's terminals clean, check on your batteries from time to time in case they are draining themselves.
If you are not going to use your battery for a few months, check on your battery every 2-3 months, your battery may have lost some charge in that time, charge it to about 50%, then store it in a secure place.
It is not recommended to store the battery completely flat (empty), it can impact battery life or the battery appears to be dead.
Where should I store my lithium battery?
​Store your batteries at room temperature (around 20 degrees C), don’t store them near a heater, oven, or near a window with direct sunlight. Storing the battery at a constant high temperature can significantly reduce it's lifespan, run time and charge capacity, it can also permanently damage the batteries. Storing the battery in extreme cold places will drain the battery quickly.
Store your batteries in a dry location, moisture or too much humidity can damage the batteries. You can use silica crystal moisture absorbing sachets to keep the batteries dry.
Refund Policy
Insanity Golf wants to make sure all customers are happy with their purchase. If the E-Cart is completely unused and brand new in it's original packaging and box, the buyer pays the return freight and a full refund will be issued.
If the E-Cart has been used, the buyer pays the return freight and must ship with original box, we will charge a handling fee of $100 plus a 15% restocking fee. If custom purchased the open box items and final sale items will not be refunded. These charges cover the fee for checking and restocking the returned product. Also included in the charge is the original shipping cost by Federal Express, UPS or Loomis Express and credit card processing charges charged by the credit card processing company on both the original debit charge and the subsequent credit payment.
A return authorization must be obtained from InsanityGolf.ca on any returns made. The items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, if it's more than 30 days from order date, no refund will be issued. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, non-original parts, damaged items, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Warranty
Insanity Golf will provide 1 year warranty from date of purchase on E-Cart, battery, charger under normal condition usage. Any breakage caused by accidental damage, fall into water, physical damage of products will not be covered. Or as a result of abuse or misuse, are not covered by the warranty. Wear and tear parts are not covered, eg. Seat, cellphone holder, drink holder, umbrella holder, scorecard and remote control are not included in warranty. Labour is not included.
